Directions from Brooklyn/Verrazano:  Stay all the way to the right after exiting the toll booth.  Exit at the Lily Pond Avenue exit.  Lily Pond Avenue wraps around and turns into Father Capadonno Blvd.  Take "Father Capp" to Midland Avenue.  Make a right on Midland Avenue and take Midland Avenue to Hylan Blvd.  Make a left on Hylan Blvd.  Take Hylan Blvd to Nelson Avenue (Mobil Station on Corner) & make a right onto Nelson.  Notice the fire house on your left hand side of the street.  That is our corner: "Driggs Street".  Make a left.  We are the corner building, 16 Driggs Street.  We are the first Suite on your right hand side, one flight up.
