Exit the toll booth & stay straight on the Expressway, following the Exit for Victory Blvd.  Exit high way & make a right at the foot of the exit onto Victory Blvd.  Take Victory Blvd to Richmond Avenue & make a left onto Richmond Avenue.  Stay straight on Richmond Avenue until you hit Hylan Blvd.  Make a left onto Hylan Blvd.  Take Hylan to Nelson Avenue & make a left onto Nelson Avenue.  Notice the Fire House on your left hand side of the street.  That is our corner, Driggs Street.  We are the corner building, 16 Driggs Street.  One flight up on your right.
